DJ Muñeco was born in Mexico City, from an early age, he began taking salsa classes and soon stood out for his style and charisma. DJ Muñeco is a multifaceted artist who combines his talents as a dancer and DJ to create unforgettable musical experiences. In 2009, he debuted as a DJ, where he surprised the public with his ability to combine rhythms and create atmospheres. His name began to be heard on the Latin music circuit and he soon received invitations to play at the best conferences in Mexico, the United States and Central America.
Today, DJ Muñeco remains one of the most sought-after and respected DJs on the Latin scene. His passion for dance and music is reflected in each of his performances, where he not only plays, but also dances and encourages the audience. Their motto is simple but powerful: “Feel the rhythm, live the music.”

Jonathan Llewellyn
Jonathan Llewellyn began his formal dance journey in 2005, coming from an extensive background in music and martial arts. Along with becoming a seasoned multi-disciplinary social dancer, competitive performer and instructor, he has served as a DJ and Music Director for ballroom and Latin socials and international competition events alike across the region. As a dancer first, he is well known for filling every type of dance floor with music that provides energy and inspiration at all times!
Joining the Salsa Rica Dance Company in 2011 catalyzed a passion for competitive cabaret showdance, leading to him performing and competing in top international-level events across North America and earning 11 Amateur, then 2 Professional Division World-Level Top 3 showdance titles to date. He additionally received the special opportunity cast as a background dancer for the Hallmark TV series “Ride.”
While continuing his passion in showdance, he loves to maintain a healthy balance of recreational social dancing for active fun. Promoting the enjoyment of a full variety of music and dances, his mindset as a DJ is to keep the dance floor filled with music that he would love to be dancing to himself!

James Blaq’s journey in dancing Kizomba, Urban Kiz and Afrohouse began in 2015. He fell in love with these dances and began to train more extensively at classes, numerous festivals and taking many private lessons.
It wasn’t too long before he got into producing a few songs, remixes and an EP for the Kizomba and Urban Kiz community. ‘Miss U Montreal’ is his most successful project to date.
James started to DJ in 2019 and has been invited to play in cities such as Calgary, Saskatoon and Vancouver and recently Montreal. In addition, he is a resident DJ at On The Rocks Latin Thursdays in Edmonton. He regularly spins for local Kizomba and African events.

Toronto's own, DJ Duck has been known in the Latin Community the last 19 years and has been DJing for over 3 decades. Owner of DJ Duck Productions, he and his team provide entertainment to private parties, corporate events, weddings and anything in between.
In the Latin Community, you can find him DJing regularly at el Rancho on Thursday nights with Baila con Gusto (Salsa & Bachata), Fridays at Toronto Salsa Fridays in the Bachata Room and occasionally in the Salsa Room for the last 10 years. He's also had the privilege of DJing the Canada Salsa & Bachata Congress in the Bachata Room for many years.
Aside from that, he loves to produce and remix a few good tunes whether live or in the studio! At the end of the day, DJ Duck enjoys and loves putting smiles on peoples faces sharing the love of music to everyone!

Over 30 years ago, he embarked on his teaching and Deejay journey, fueled by an unwavering commitment to share his love for music and empower dancers. He has performed, taught, and Deejayed at numerous Salsa Congresses and Festivals across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Colombia, and regularly appears at Toronto's premier nightclubs and socials, spreading joy and enthusiasm wherever he goes. Bernard’s passion for teaching naturally evolved into DJing, where he found a new way to inspire dancers through music.
